PDF Timesavers: Insert pages into existing PDF
Open PDF Document with Aloaha PDF Editor (included in PDF Suite)
Go to Document > Append other PDF.
Go to the end of the Document.
Go to Page > Move To.
Enter where you want the page(s) to be moved and click on "OK".
