Hi,

there is a way around it so that you do not loose the work you did with the evaluation version.

Aloaha is able to export/import XML Data. So you could export the XML Data and import it into a clean document.

Please follow the steps below:

1. Open the document with Aloaha. Save as XML and save your document as XML.

2. Now close the Aloaha Saver and replace the PDF form with the "Nag Text".

3. Start the Aloaha PDF Saver and open the XML Data saved in 1. The XML Data contains a path to the original PDF Form. Aloaha will merge now load that PDF, merge the XML Data in and display it. Now you can save the document as PDF.

In case you experience problems just send me two files. You need to send me the original form without any data and the filled in form. Then I can do the above tasks here quickly for you.

Hi,

please make sure that the "unregistred text" is not in the PDF itself. You can check that with the Adobe Reader. Just open the PDF in the Adobe Reader BEFORE you open the PDF with the PDF Saver. If you see the text in the Adobe Reader make sure that you use a PDF which was NOT saved with the evaluation version of the Saver.

Another reason could be that the license key was not copied into the right directory. The license key needs to be in the Saverkey folder of Aloaha. Typically you find it in c:\program files\wrocklage.

Make also sure that the filename of the license key file does not change since it is a checksum. The filename must consist of 3 number blocks seperated by a dot.
